Sujata Biswas attended B.J.E.M. School to complete her early education in the science stream from 1998-2003. After saying goodbye to school, Sujata gets enrolled in the Odisha University of Technology and Research in 2003 for a degree of B.Tech in Information Technology which she completed in 2007.
Then Sujata attended the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in 2007 to pursue a Post Graduation degree in Marketing which she finished in 2009.

Sujata Biswas entered the corporate job while studying at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) as she joined Cognizant as a Summer Intern at the post of Business analyst. The internship lasts for three months then she worked at ADdogic as a Marketing Director from December 2008 – May 2009.
In June 2009, Sujata Biswas joined the Bank of Baroda as a Middle Lever Manager, where she worked for a short span of 4 months and then Sujata confirmed her presence at Essar as the Manager in October 2009. Here, Sujata’s duties were to manage the branding of the corporate and make strategies for planned initiatives till August 2012. After this, she shifted to Essar Steel as Executive Assistant to President- Global Markets and Strategy and worked there till May 2013.
Right after leaving Essar Steel, she joined JSW Severfield Structures Ltd as a Business Strategist and worked there for 1 year and 3 months. Sujata again left her destination to attend IIT Bombay – Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management for her Ph.D.
