Manjeet Singh completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Marine Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2005. After that, he joined IBM India Private Limited as a Senior Technical Consultant and then left in June 2008 to join MTN. After that, in November 2010, he joined Wari and left this company in August 2011 to step on his entrepreneurial journey.

In February 2013, he co-founded Pinig Tech Pvt Ltd and worked till March 2016 with the company. He has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Elucit Software Services Pvt. Ltd. from September 2009 to April 2016. At this time he co-founded Buddy4study.com and served the company as the CEO till November 2021. After surpassing a long journey of learning, the inception of FlexifyMe happened in August 2021.

Amit Bhayani completed his Bachelor of Engineering at Vidyasagar University in 2000. After completing his educational journey, he joined Infosys as a Programmer Analyst and then left in 2005 to join JBoss as a Principle Software Engineer. He worked here till July 2011 while in 2006, JBoss was acquired by RedHat. Now it was time to show the real potential.

In August 2011, he founded TeleStax which was later acquired by Mavenir. Amit Bhayani is the also founder of MoBitE Technologies which was incepted in 2008 and is still in operation. In February 2022, he joined hands with FlexifyMe as the co-founder.

FlexifyMe on Shark Tank India Season 3 episode aired on 6 March 2024. The founders of FlexifyMe presented their business model to the Sharks and asked for Rs 1 Crore for 2% equity.

The first offer was given by Namita Thapar which was Rs 50 Lakh for 2.5% equity and the rest of the Rs 50 lakh on debt at a 10% interest rate for 2 years. Another offer was given by Amit Jain which was Rs 50 Lakh for 1% equity and the rest of the Rs 50 lakh on debt at a 12% interest rate.

The founders gave a counteroffer for both the Sharks which was Rs 1 Crore for 2.64% equity but they both did not want to come together so Namita revised her offer which was Rs 50 Lakh for 1.32% equity and the rest of the Rs 50 lakh on debt at a 10% interest rate for 2 years and Amit also matched this offer.
