Ajinkya Dhariya Education
Ajinkya was born and raised in Maharashtra and thus he also completed his early education in the state. He attended the DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce from 2011 – 2013 for his Higher Secondary Education and he pursued Science subject.

Once Ajinkya reached a sanitary waste management site where sanitary waste was being managed by manual landfilling method, whereas in this method the waste takes 800 years to be decomposed. From there he got the idea of creating a technology that could decompose and recycle sanitary waste immediately.
In 2018, Ajinkya Dhariya PadCare Labs was started and it is a DIPP (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) certified company, that has a simple approach to creating ultimate solutions for waste management and creating a sustainable society with enhanced hygiene practices. His intentions are so noble that everyone appreciates him, even the Government of India.
Ajinkya Dhariya PadCare Labs basically provides a four-step recycling process – 1. Menstruators can dispose of their menstrual products in the PadCare bins that will be installed in the bathrooms of workplaces, residences, & community places. 2. PadCare Service Staff will collect the menstrual waste once in a month. 3. The collected menstrual waste will be recycled in plastic and pulps through the 5D Technology in the recycling machine of PadCare. 4. Then PadCare makes useful products like plastic bags, papers, and others by the recycled plastic and pulp.

In order to raise funding, Ajinkya Dhariya appeared in the Indian Business reality show, Shark Tank India Season 2. His episode was aired on 1 February 2023 and he asked for 50 lakhs in exchange for 2% equity but everyone just loved his product and services that they all were ready to invest in Ajinkya Dhariya PadCare Labs. Even Peyush Bansal, the founder and CEO of Lenskart told him to take 1Cr, 2Cr, or whatever he needed, he even offered a blank check.
