Aadit went to Dubai at a very early age and thus he pursued his education there as well. He attended GEMS Modern Academy to complete his IB Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science. Their first startup was in operation from May 2018 to April 2020. Remember, when the idea of a Carpool startup hit Aadit his age was just 15.
After that, Aadit became the Lead of the AI Project at PryvaSee from July 2019 to March 2020 and had to leave as he went to Stanford University. Another trouble was the COVID-19 pandemic because of this, both Adit and Kaivalya were stuck in Mumbai, away from their families. The biggest difficulty they faced during this difficult time was to procure groceries. All the platforms that were providing online grocery facilities used to deliver in 6 to 7 days. In such a situation, to take advantage of the opportunity, both friends started building their own grocery platform – KiranaKart.
KiranaKart was based on an instant grocery delivery model and was launched in June 2020 but had to shut down in March 2021 as they could not find a product market fit with KiranaKart and then started Zepto in April 2021.
