The most challenging part was to convenience farmers and agricultural families to sell premium produce, because nobody was ready to believe that India will one of the most coffee consumers because India is already the largest tea-producing capital.
Once he figure out such problems, they started expanding Blue Tokai globally. Currently, Blue Tokai has 70+ cafes in the country and they have planned 60 more in Fiscal Year 2024 in locations including Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, and Chandigarh.
