All the sharks loved her product but the packaged products quite disappointed Anupam Mittal due to the poor packaging. Vineeta Singh gave her first offer of 60 lakh for 10% equity and Anupam later joined her.

Aman Gupta also gave her another offer of 10 lacks for 2% and the rest of 50 lacks on debt at a 12% interest rate. There was much discussion regarding the offers as Priyasha was quite confused as well. Finally, the deal was locked with Aman Gupta for 60 lakh in exchange for 5% equity
