He realized that being a software engineer, he does not pay extra for interviewing candidates which is a very lengthy process as well, from here he got the idea to start Intervue. The founders of Intervue claim that it usually takes 45 days to fill a vacancy while intervue can make it in 7 days only.

CTO Pushpendra Rautela is also a software engineer and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University. Rahul Arora and Pushpendra Rautela both used to work at Paytm as software engineers.

The Intervue Shark Tank India episode aired on 23 January 2024. By watching the energy of Rahul Arora all the Sharks were so impressed and even started calling him Rocket Singh. The founders asked for Rs 1.5 Crore for 1% equity. Anupam gave him the first offer of Rs 1.5 Crore for 3% equity.

Deepinder Goyal and Aman Gupta gave them another big offer of Rs 5 Crore for 10% equity (Rs 3.5 Crore Deepi and Rs 1.5 Crore Aman) but the founder made a counter offer of Rs 5 Cr for 4% equity and asked 3 of them to come together but Anupam was ready for that while Deepi also got out of the deal.

Finally, the deal was locked with Aman Gupta for Rs 1.5 Crore in exchange for 2% equity.
