In April 2011, he joined Hal Offshore Ltd for 7 months and left in October 2011 and joined Halani Shipping Pvt Ltd in December as a Dynamic Position Operator. 

In 2013 he joined Seamec as a Dynamic Position Operator and worked till April 2014. In 2017, he co-founded Yes Madam along with Mayank Arya.

Akanksha Vishnoi holds a Bachelor of Law degree in her formal education but her will to take a stand for women in India led her to join Yes Madam so that she can create employment and serve the women through her Salon Services. She joined Yes Madam in 2020 as a Co-Founder, before that, she was studying law.
