Dishant Sanghvi, Yash Sakhlecha, and Rij Eappen are the founders of WYLD. Dishant is the CEO, Yash Sakhlecha is the COO, and Rij is the CMO. They all have surpassed a commendable journey of entrepreneurship to reach today.
Dishant Sanghvi WYLD completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the K P B Hinduja College of Commerce, New Delhi in 2016. To pursue his Master of Commerce, he attended the University of Mumbai. Yash Sakhlecha WYLD completed his Bachelor of Technology, in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2017. He has worked at several companies, before founding Influnite, he was working at Ajanta International as a Head of Strategy. He was also the co-founder of The Socialgram.
Rij Eappen completed his graduation in Hospitality Administration from the Asan Memorial Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology and Past Graduation in Facilities and Hospitality Management from the Deventer Business School, Deventer, The Netherlands in 1999. He has worked as a Chief Operating Officer at several hotels including Prism Hospitality, Ecolodge Hotels, Prism Rewards, TechTuners Inc., etc. He is also a serial entrepreneur who has founded Travels Bond Inc. and King Of Clubs.

Azhar Iqubal made the first offer to them which was 50 lakh for 5% and Namita Thapar joined him.
