Harshal has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Aided Design & Manufacture from the Symbiosis Institute of Technology.
The first startup founded by Harshal Nakshane was Designs Limited which was established in January 2015, they used to offer designs and engineering solutions to various industries. In 2018, he joined BHM Services which he left in January 2022 to found AiCars.

AiCars Shark Tank Business Deal
AiCars Shark Tank India Season 3 episode aired on 1 February 2024. Harshal gave a test drive to the Sharks and they all enjoyed it as well. He asked for Rs 2 Crore in exchange for 4% equity. All the Sharks were too impressed with Harshal and his zeal for creating something revolutionary but unfortunately, they all had to out of the deal because the AiCars prototype was at too early stage and other players like Tesla and Google were too ahead in technology comparatively.
They advised Harshal to join other companies so that he could use his knowledge to help them.
