They also got an acquisition offer from Shark Peyush Bansal which was for Rs 15 Crore for a 51% stake in the company. This is the biggest offer ever made on Shark Tank.
Manoj Shinde completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1996 and then he pursued a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Strategic Management at the same University which he completed in 1998.
His first venture was eValidus Inc. which he founded in 2006 in Boston. After that, he worked at several companies in different positions including Adidas Group, Quiksilver, Reliance Brands Ltd, etc. till September 2012. Apart from ORBO, previously he has also co-founded 3otherthings and Branfee.
Abhit Sinha completed his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2012 and then he pursued his Master of Technology in Signal Processing and Digital Design from Delhi College of Engineering which he completed in 2015.
He started his career at Add Innovations Pvt Ltd as an R&D Engineer in August 2015 and left the company in July 2016 to join Branfee as an Image Processing Analyst. He became the co-founder of Manij Shinde in ORBO.ai in December 2019.
Danish Jamil completed his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Calcutta Institute Of Technology in 2012 and then he pursued his Master of Technology in Signal Processing and Digital Design from Delhi College of Engineering which he completed in 2015.
He started his career at Add Innovations in 2015 and worked till August 2016. He also joined Branfee as an Image Processing Analyst and in December 2019, joined ORBO as a co-founder.

ORBO Shark Tank Business Deal
ORBO on Shark Tank India Season 3 episode streamed on 16 February 2024. The founder of ORBO presented their business model and products to the Sharks and asked for Rs 1 Crore in exchange for 0.75% equity.
The first offer was made by Vineeta Singh which was Rs 1 Crore in exchange for 1% equity while Peyush offered a majority stake acquisition in ORBO. He offered Rs 15 Crore in exchange for 51% equity. After discussion, the co-founders made a counteroffer which was Rs 35 Crore for 51% equity but Peyush could not make it so the deal was locked with Vineeta Singh which was Rs 1 Crore in exchange for 1% equity.
