Sandhya Seshadri completed her post-graduation in Communications, Advertising, and Marketing in 2004 from the Xavier Institute of Communication. She started her professional career journey as a Senior Account Executive at Overture Communications and left the company in June 2006.
After that, she joined Bates CHI & Sercon as a Brand Manager from 2006 to 2008, Publicis Groupe as an Account Director from 2008 to 2012, and DDB Mudra Group as an Associate Vice President from November 2012 to March 2017. She is also the Owner and Director of L’Eclair Studio since December 2017.
Aashnee Gajaria completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014 from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics and then enrolled at the Bayes Business School to pursue her Master of Science in 2017 which she completed in 2018.
Aashnee started her professional career journey at DDB Mudra Group as an Executive for Brand Solutions and worked for Lipton Green Tea, Kwality Walls India, Walls Pakistan, ICICI Lombard, Femina, Filmfare, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, and many more. She left the company in April 2017 and co-founded Meditourz, India’s first medical tourism company specializing in regenerative and holistic treatments, she left in April 2022 to start Niblerzz.

Niblerzz Shark Tank Business Deal
Niblerzz on Shark Tank India Season 3 episode aired on 7 March 2024. The founders of Niblerzz presented their business and products to the Sharks and asked for Rs 50 Lakh for 3% equity. Aman Gupta gave them an offer which was Rs 10 Lakh for 5% equity and the rest of the Rs 40 Lakh at debt on 10% interest rate for 2 years. This was a conditional offer that if other investors will not come on board who has given soft commitments to the founders then Aman will also not come.
The founders accepted his offer, so Niblerzz closed the deal with Aman for Rs 10 Lakh for 5% equity and the rest of the Rs 40 Lakh at debt on a 10% interest rate for 2 years.
