Paras Fatnani completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the H.R. College of Commerce and Economics and Master of Arts in Marketing Communications at the University of Westminster. He also has a Diploma in Event Management from the EMDI. He has previously worked at IMWanting Media Pvt. Ltd, Zee Network, The Times of India Representation, FoxyMoron, QS Quacquarelli Symonds, QS ImpACT, etc. He is also the co-founder of Seed Global Education established in 2020.

The founders asked for Rs 75 lakh in exchange for 3% equity. The first offer was given by Aman Gupta which was Rs 45 Lakh for 3% equity and the rest of the Rs 30 Lakh in debt at a 10% interest rate for 2 years. After that Vineeta also offered Rs 75 lakh for 4% equity.
