The Founders of Goenchi presented their Feni made with ancient techniques to the Sharks. All of the Sharks were too impressed with them.
Goenchi has an aim to deliver the finely crafted Feni which is the spirit of Goa. Every batch of Goenchi Feni is made with natural ingredients without yeast or sugar with inherited ancient techniques. Goenchi has two Feni in its portfolio including Coconut and Cashew Feni crafted with single ingredient in Copper-pot still.

Yash Sawardekar and Tulika Sawardekar are the founders of Goenchi Feni which they started in 2022. Yash has previously worked at Qatar Airways as a Flight Attendant from May 2017 to October 2021.
Tulika Sawardekar has studied HSC at the Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics, she has also completed a Bachelor of Management from Mumbai University in 2022.

Goenchi Shark Tank Business Deal
Goenchi on Shark Tank India Season 3 episode streamed on 2 February 2024. The founders of Goenchi presented their products to the Sharks and vision of making Goenchi Feni an international brand. They asked for Rs 1 Crore in exchange for 5% equity. All the sharks were out except Deepinder Goyal who offered a choice between two offer – Rs 1 Cr for 10% equity and Rs 2 Cr of 15% equity.
Initially, the founders denied both offers but when the other Sharks advised them, they agreed with the first offer, at this time Deepider dropped this offer and asked the founders to consider only the second offer. Finally, the founders of Goenchi closed the deal at Rs 2 Crore for 15% equity.
