Abbas Gabajiwala is the founder of Blix Education and serves the company as Chief Executive Officer. He is the 3rd generation toy maker of his family. Blix founder Abbas Gabajiwala understands the importance of such skills in a career.
Zephyr Toymakers Pvt. Ltd. is a toy company owned by his brother Moiz Gabajiwala and he also holds a 20 % stake in this company.

Blix Shark Tank Business Deal
The Blix Education Shark Tank episode aired on 24 January 2024. The founder of Blix Education presented his products (toys) that everyone loved. Abbas asked to raise 80 lakhs and offered 2% equity in exchange. The first offer is made by Aman Gupta to give him 40 lakh for 4% equity and the rest of the 40 lakh as a debt an 11% interest rate but Abbas has to refuse the debt as his company is not profitable. Aman also made a condition that if in the future, there is any conflict between Abbas and Moiz then, Aman will be free to acquire Abbas’s equity in Zephyr which Abbas agreed to as he was confident there would be no such conflicts between him and his brother.
Vineeta Singh and Anupam Mittal also offered 80 lakhs for 5% equity while later Aman and Ritesh Agarwal together offered Rs 1 Crore for 6.25% equity and Peyush alone offered 80 lakhs for 4% equity. After listening to all these offers, Abbas talked with her wife over a call who is the COO of Blix and made a counteroffer of 90 lakhs for 3%, Vineeta, and Anupam were out till now.
There was a buzz from the side of Aman as he had been waiting for Abbas’s answer for a long time. Finally, the deal is locked with Aman Gupta and Ritesh Agarwal for 80 lakhs in exchange for 4% equity.
