Anish Malpani is the founder of Without by Ashaya, a social enterprise that aims to increase the value of waste through deep-technological solutions and innovations. He completed his schooling at Dubai Modern High School in 2007 and then enrolled in The University of Texas at Austin and pursued a dual degree program.
He did his Bachelor of Science in Sports and Fitness Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance which he finished in 2012. In 2019, he earned a post-graduate certificate in Social Innovation Management from the Amani Institute.
Anish started his professional career journey at iHeartMedia as a Financial Analyst in July 2012 and worked till July 2017 in different positions. In October 2017, he joined the Alterna Center for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship and worked till December 2018. After that, he worked for 8 months at LivelyHoods as a Consultant and then joined EcoSattva where he worked till October 2020.
Currently, he is the founder of Without.

Without on Shark Tank India Season 3 episode streamed on 12 February 2024. The founder presented his products (sunglasses) and vision to the Shark and they all loved both. He asked for Rs 75 Lakh in exchange for 1% equity. The first offer was made by Aman Gupta which was Rs 30 Lakh in exchange for 1% and the rest of the 45 lakh on debt at a 10% interest rate for 2 years.
