Founders of Trestle Labs
Akshita Sachdeva and Bonny Dave are the founders of Trestle Labs established in 2017 while Kibo was launched in 2019.
Akshita completed her schooling at Modern Vidya Niketan and then enrolled at the Manav Rachna College of Engineering to pursue her Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science in 2012 which she completed in 2016. She has surpassed a long journey since she founded Trestle Labs for a noble cause.
In October 2017, she joined Digital Impact Square, TCS Foundation as an Innovator and left it in August 2018 to be a part of the Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment (WEE) Foundation. After that, she was an AISEA Fellow for 5 months, UnLtd India Fellow for 1 year, AFI- WISE Fellow for 6 months, and Halcyon Fellow Cohort 16 since February 2022. She is the co-founder and CEO of Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd.
Bonny Dave completed his schooling at Shree Swaminarayan Naimisharnya Gurukul and then enrolled at Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India to pursue his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering in 2013 which he completed in 2017.
He started his professional career journey at the Mechanical Engineering Students’​ Association as a Technical Head in 2015 and worked for 1 year and 10 months. He was also the Royal Academy of Engineering Fellow. Now, Bonny is a co-founder of Trestle Labs Pvt Ltd.

The founders of Kibo presented their business, product, and vision to the Sharks and asked for Rs 60 lakh in exchange for 1% equity. The first offer was given by Ronnie Screwvala and Peyush Bansal together which was Rs 60 lakh for 10% equity. Aman also gave them an offer which was Rs 60 lakh for 4% equity.
The founders took a minute and made a counteroffer for Rs 60 lakh for 1.5% equity. After discussion finally, the deal was locked with Peyush Bansal and Ronnie Screwvala for Rs 60 lakh in exchange for 6% equity.
