Arpita Aditi is the founder of Dil Foods which is a virtual restaurant operator. Arpita studied Engineering in Biotechnology at the Manipal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014. She has previously worked as a Research Scientist at The Himalaya Drug Company, as a Corporate Sales Manager at Reliance General Insurance & Little Internet Private Limited, and has also served Swiggy as a National Partnership Manager.
In October 2019, Arpita co-founded Nutnbolt Business Solution to help small restaurateurs sustain their business which eventually transformed into Dil Foods in March 2022.
Dil Foods business model allows the restaurant to reach out to them through a form, then their experts check out if you are a fit for Dil Foods or not, then the chefs and other staff is trained by Dil Foods for their recipes and standards, and then you are given access of Dil OS to get new orders. Dil Foods also provides packaging material to the restaurant’s doorstep so that they can increase their sales easily.

Dil Foods Shark Tank Business Deal
Dil Foods Shark Tank episode released on 26 January 2024. Arpita presented his brands and business model to the Shark and everyone loved her entrepreneurial spirit. She asked for Rs 50 lakh in exchange for 0.5% equity. All of the Sharks were so impressed with her pitch. Vineeta Singh offered her what she asked for and after a few minutes, Radhika Gupta also offered the same was also OK to join Vineeta.
Ritesh Agarwal also offered the same and later Vineeta & Radhika also joined him and they also offered her Rs 1 Cr for 1% then Rs 1.5 Cr for 1.5% equity. Peyush also wanted to join them, so the final offer was Rs 2 Crore for 2.67% equity from Vineeta, Radhika, Ritesh, and Peyush which was taken by Arpita Aditi. Aman Gupta was out of the deal.
