Anupam Mittal gave them an offer of 1 Crore in the exchange for 2% equity in the company.

Aman Gupta also gave them an offer of 1 Crore in the exchange for 1.25% equity in the company.

But seeing the founders of ZOFF so confused, Anupam Mittal tore up the check he had made.
